It does have a response to transfer you to an actual live agent if it doesn’t know how to respond to your message, but from my single experience, the live agent gave me incorrect pass price information and rudely ended our chat without notice while I was in the middle of typing a question. - The Live Chat bot also shares outdated links (e.g., when I took its suggestion to see the Fright Fest website, it shares a non-working Fright Fist link that’s dated two years ago) - The file attachment function in the Live Chat doesn’t work on my iOS (the agent does not receive my attachments).
