You have a clarity problem. Too many tasks, too many apps, too many choices — your brain freezes before you even start. Sixthings fixes this with one constraint: 6 priorities a day. No more. When you can only pick 6, you're forced to decide what actually matters. That decision — repeated daily — changes everything. BUILT FOR OVERWHELMED BRAINS If you've tried every planner, every system, every app — and still feel behind — Sixthings is different. It doesn't give you more tools. It takes them away. - Only 6 tasks. Ever. The limit is the point. - Priority #1 stays locked at the top. Do it first. - Evening planning: choose tomorrow's 6 tonight. Wake up clear. - Incomplete tasks roll over automatically — no guilt, no lost work. MEET IVY — YOUR PATTERN MIRROR After a few days, Ivy starts showing you what you actually do vs. what you say matters. "You've put 'exercise' on your list 12 times. You've completed it once. It's always #5 or #6. What's really going on?" Ivy isn't a chatbot. Ivy is a mirror. It shows you the gap between your intentions and your actions — the gap most people never see. WHY THIS WORKS FOR ADHD & OVERWHELM → Decision paralysis? You only get 6 slots. Choosing is fast. → Task initiation? #1 is highlighted. Start there. Just that one. → Losing track? Patterns show you exactly where your energy goes. → Guilt spirals? Rollover is automatic. Tomorrow is a fresh start. CORE FEATURES • 6-task daily limit — the constraint IS the product • Drag-to-reorder priorities • Streak tracking (consecutive days completing #1) • Ivy tab — your patterns, insights, and honest reflections • Weekly report with AI-powered analysis • Custom Vibes to tag focus areas • Evening planning mode (6 PM+) • iCloud sync across devices • Beautiful dark design — no visual clutter SIXTHINGS FOCUS (PREMIUM) • Daily Ivy insights (vs weekly for free) • Deeper pattern breakdowns • Morning reminder to start with #1 • Support independent development Sixthings won't do the work for you. But it will help you see yourself clearly enough to stop spinning and start choosing. Hopefully will have an update that allows background Colour or image changes yay -- TwigOnLine, 2019-09-05 ### ***** "Not good at the moment." This was a great app, but now it crashes every time I try to open it. It makes it hard to do my job without my list. Update: Deleting the app worked, I did not lose my data. I appreciate the developer reaching out to me! -- Kota Princess, 2019-03-29 ### ***** "Love it! Best focused todo app" I've downloaded lots of to do apps but they are all too complicated. I shouldn't have 10 lists of 20 items. Just give me what's important, which is what sixthings does! -- arkymcbarky, 2017-09-12 ### ***** "Wonderful App!!" Helps me with my day to day life!! Thank you 6 things!! -- McRodsk, 2017-06-14 ### ***** "Finally!" This is what I've been looking for. Yay! And I love the sense of humor inherent in the app. Thanks! -- mandow, 2017-04-25 ### ***** "At last, an app that really helps!" I came across this app when I was looking to get something to help me plan my daily activities. I decided to give it a shot because I'm terribly undisciplined when it comes to organizing my day. I'm happy to say that it really helps and forces me to stick to getting chores done in a sensible way - one at a time! Sometimes I fall short but I'm making great progress. Thanks +++ to the developer. Great success!! -- picsaboo, 2017-04-22 [View all Six Things reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Six Things - [Priori - 极简四象限](https://apptail.io/app/priori-Hkr/united-states) - [Got Time?](https://apptail.io/app/got-time-WDI/united-states) - [Turbo To Do](https://apptail.io/app/turbo-to-do-ABJ/united-states) - [Daily 5 - Smart Todo List](https://apptail.io/app/daily-5-smart-todo-list-tZR/united-states) - [3W List - To-Do List, Reminder](https://apptail.io/app/3w-list-to-do-list-reminder-BRhb/united-states) - [TODO 3: To-Do List & Focus](https://apptail.io/app/todo-3-to-do-list-focus-Mdkb/united-states) - [3 Tasks: ToDoリスト・タスク管理](https://apptail.io/app/3-tasks-todo-MPKb/united-states) - [Idea Capture - Email Yourself](https://apptail.io/app/idea-capture-email-yourself-DOuc/united-states) - [Freedom Do: To-Do List](https://apptail.io/app/freedom-do-to-do-list-KWAc/united-states) - [Six Things: The Ivy Lee Method](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-the-ivy-lee-method-xkfn/united-states) ## Six Things Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/united-states) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/germany) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/australia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/israel) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/china) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/russia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/canada) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/japan) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/switzerland) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/spain) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/iceland) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/jordan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/south-korea) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/lebanon) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/sri-lanka) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/lithuania) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/north-macedonia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/malta) - [Mauritius](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/mauritius) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/malaysia) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/namibia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/norway) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/romania) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/south-africa) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/austria) - [Barbados](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/barbados) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/belgium) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/bulgaria) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/belarus) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/cyprus) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/ecuador) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/croatia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/ireland) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/uzbekistan) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/united-arab-emirates) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/slovakia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/senegal) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/tunisia) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/taiwan) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/italy) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/six-things-priority-tasks-blhm/indonesia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
