I previously tried to use google tasks but I was quickly overwhelmed by the amount of tasks I could put on a certain day. This app has helped me prioritize what I need to accomplish on a certain day and I feel more motivated when I complete tasks because it’s limited to 6 per day. I love the widget as I am able to see my tasks on my Home Screen as soon as I unlock my iPhone, so it reminds me what I need to do. The only thing that I would ask is to have the app update the list as I check them off across devices. Sometimes I have to reopen the app on my iPad to make sure that it’s synced with what I checked off on my iPhone. Otherwise, I love this simple yet powerful app and highly recommend it! -- LilAmbah, 2025-03-03 ### ***** "Had Helped a Noisy Brain" I’ve used this for about 2 weeks and this has really helped me with organization but to not feel overwhelmed. It is bite size, makes me prioritize my tasks and helps me clear my mind but putting my goals down and being able to check them off. Highly recommend! -- Rockfan222, 2025-02-24 ### ***** "Helps prioritize, feel successful" I love what I call these “limited to-do lists” because it really makes you think about what the most important tasks are and prioritize. This is the best app of its kind I have tried. It lets you plan ahead. Others only let you plan for the current day. I really like the idea of the showing inspirational quotes and that it’s so easy to switch to a new one. I did have to cycle through a lot of them to find one that resonated with me. Is it possible to create our own? The only other suggestion I have is if we could optionally have separate sections for different domains (home and work might be the most common). Still six total maximum. Don’t be put off by the in-app-purchase. It’s not a subscription. At the time of this writing, it was a $5.99 one-time purchase for lifetime ad removal. -- Overnightwalker, 2025-02-07 [View all SixFocus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SixFocus In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Remove Ads | $5.99 | | SixFocus Pro Monthly | $5.99 | | Tip Jar | $0.99 | ## Apps Similar to SixFocus - [Stuff | ToDos and Lists](https://apptail.io/app/stuff-todos-and-lists-oMjq/united-states) - [Omera: AI Writing Keyboard](https://apptail.io/app/omera-ai-writing-keyboard-jlJt/united-states) - [TaskNavi: AI Task Planner](https://apptail.io/app/tasknavi-ai-task-planner-Qzpu/united-states) - [Countdown Timer Planner](https://apptail.io/app/countdown-timer-planner-QfEu/united-states) - [Habit Tracker: Habitsy](https://apptail.io/app/habit-tracker-habitsy-gaNu/united-states) - [Duory— language learning notes](https://apptail.io/app/duory-language-learning-notes-oVNu/united-states) - [Disorganized: Notes & Planner](https://apptail.io/app/disorganized-notes-planner-RWRu/united-states) - [Gitto | Git待办计划管理](https://apptail.io/app/gitto-git-ftav/united-states) - [ADHD Structure Planner: Simple](https://apptail.io/app/adhd-structure-planner-simple-zTgv/united-states) - [Deep Work : Stay Focused](https://apptail.io/app/deep-work-stay-focused-Lhrv/united-states) ## SixFocus Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/united-states) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/kazakhstan) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/bulgaria) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/india) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/germany) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/ecuador) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/finland) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/ghana) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/greece) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/ireland) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/cayman-islands) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/sri-lanka) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/lithuania) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/latvia) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/north-macedonia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/norway) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/nepal) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/philippines) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/senegal) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/united-arab-emirates) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/argentina) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/sixfocus-minimalist-planner-XxTu/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
