The app is just not working, keeps saying wrong password and when switching to receiving a code by email it says the code is just revived by email in not correct. The funny thing is that on the Sixt website the password or code works. Please test this app thoroughly, it is already a few days like that.

Trying to sign up for Fastlane as prompted in the app always leads to error message.  “Something went wrong. Please try again. If you're still having trouble, please contact our customer support.” Awesome. There’s also no contact information for “customer support” and just an FAQ in the app. Brilliant. What a useless waste of time.

I have booked a luxury BMW 8 convertible but there was NONE available, they gave me an Audi A5 which is in a way lower price point but I’m still charged a higher rate.  It’s way beyond the bad experience. I will make sure to contact the customer service and  raise the complaint. I have rented from Sixt almost 10 times prior.
