Horrible
If there is a less user-friendly app in the universe I’d like to meet it. Couldn’t even get past the sign-up screen which was asking me for ID information I could not find on my account statements. Instant delete.

Unable to log on. My correct password is constantly rejected. As other reviewers have indicated, this app does little to boost opinions about SJP.
Can not verify account
When I am asked to verify the account with a photo of passport the camera window is black despite granting access to camera in previous window. Seems this is a common and historic problem.
Flaky app - Redundant app - Worse after upgrade
I had regularly authentication issues and now random crash. Spoke to support - no help. My advisor also got me on another app Qwil where I can receive review and documents there. Much easier. Update June 2024: SJP app got worse. I keep using Qwil instead for talking with my advisor.
v12 update has broken the app
I’m now informed that I have no accounts when I log in to the app. Deleting the app and reinstalling does not fix it.
Login issues
I can login perfectly to the app on my computer, but not from my phone not sure what is wrong? I am putting in all the information that is requested of me, and I notice that it asks for different information for the app than when you logon from your computer.
Does not work after v12 update
When you open the screen you just get portfolio value. Clicking through to details gives blank screen that cannot be recovered until you kill and re execute app
Very useful
Great app - useful to see investment performance and all documents available within seconds of logging in!
Not very user friendly, just like the company
The app is not very intuitive and always portrays St James’s place in a more positive light them. Perhaps it should. It does not give me information versus the rest of the market, and it impossible to see performance of fund with the fees Saint James’s Place take. St James’s place are completely immune to the performance of your fund as they get their fees and bonuses either way. I think this has been fairly well publicised in the press recently. The app reflects their attitude to customers, witches lock them in and leave them.
Bugs and background software messages
Does not recognize my sign in details even when resetting password. Now showing Salesforce page and some message about OAuth not allowed
