Gives me a good snapshot of my pension and ISA. -- Asbo999, 2024-12-16 ### **--- "What’s Happened ?" App been down for over a week now ! Messaged customer service but no response , poor. Seems to have gone down since an update. Some info would be nice as the app is good when it works. It’s taken a whole month for you to respond , wow. -- Nicky W1234, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "The app is broken" Like many others I found the app just didn’t work. When I tired to complete the identify stage is just repeatedly hung and wouldn’t let me upload anything. Sort it out SJP and stop wasting our time trying to get us to sign up up for an app which doesn’t work -- Bristols TBone, 2024-12-12 ### *---- "Can’t get past “confirm identity”" The app just hangs at this point. Utterly useless and deleted. The website hangs at this point as well. Unbelievable. -- JCHHenderson, 2024-12-11 ### *---- "Garbage. Don’t waste your time." Highly annoying app can’t get it started it takes pictures of my drivers license but then won’t allow me to take a photo of myself. I have checked all the settings on my phone and they are how they should be. It’s just a waste of time. -- Dougal34, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Expected better" I have been with SJP for over 10 years and have money invested with them. They are not cheap in terms of management fees, and you would expect an app to work well. Wasted 30 minutes trying to get this to work today. Would not allow me to take photograph.. Spoke to helpline who said they could refer me to somebody else who could possibly help after they spent ten minutes trying to help. Spoke to SJP partner, who said to call the same number that I just wasted 10 minutes with. Also got a letter the day before saying how they had overcharged me on management fees but with not much detail. Not happy. -- Mzyxdarc, 2024-12-04 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Same as others, won’t recognise credentials to set up. I then changed the password and re-entered definitely correct details. Doesn’t recognise them. Being able to login seems a pretty basic requirement for an app? -- Moves user 19888, 2024-12-04 ### *---- "Photo identity doesn’t work" I’ve tried repeatedly to register for this app. All goes well until I get to the “selfie” upload. It freezes and shows a black screen where the oval is. I know the camera works as I have just taken a photo of my ID within the app. I’ve gone into my settings to try to toggle permission for the app to access the camera but it does not say that the app has requested it, therefore it is not in the list contained in my privacy and settings. (iPhone 15) I’ve called SJP and was advised to delete reinstall the app. Which I already did but it takes me back to the verification process stage which I can’t progress past. Very frustrating. -- Lyns 35, 2024-12-02 ### *---- "No selfie" Like others seems to be the same problem s, this app just doesn’t work And seems to be the same response from The Developer , irrespective of the review No your not working on it or it would have been fixed by now and no I don’t want to call a helpline as it’s obvious from other reviews this pointless I will go without Update Response I got still said call helpline and affecting iPad users ..wrong I’m on an iPhone and after more than a month still the same issue , and still an same issue reported by others. It’s not getting fixed it seems App deleted and I won’t bother with it Makes SJP look pretty poor to be honest -- Gamer 45668800, 2024-12-01 [View all SJP reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SJP Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Finance | #183 | ## SJP Discovered Keywords - money4life - sjp - saint james place - sjp finance - sjp app - st james quarter edinburgh ## Apps Similar to SJP - [interactive investor (ii)](https://apptail.io/app/interactive-investor-ii-unb/united-kingdom) - [Standard Life](https://apptail.io/app/standard-life-EQb/united-kingdom) - [J.P.
