* Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
* Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
* Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
* Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
* Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
* Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
* Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).

Please fix it. The map is really annoying as it no longer shows my personal location. It’s really stressful when having to change the busses under short time. I can’t see where I am on the map!!

Map not live updating after last release

Hi the map doesn’t live update after the last release 1.56.0. I’m experiencing this issue on iOS. I need to close and open the “where is my bus” in order to fetch the positions. It moves a little bit, but then it stop updating. Please have a look , it is important for me at least have that update.

Used to be a good app

Used to be very good but recently, everytime i try to buy a ticket the app shows an error screen, even though the verification of my card went through

Cannot buy ticket with Nordea credit cards

Add credit card window stales when adding the credit card. I did try 3 different cards. I hope I can buy ticket directly from the bus

Good app but purchases fail sometimes

The app is well built and easy to use, the group discounts and the extended validity of the tickets are both awesome. However, I’ve experienced a purchase of tickets via debit card fail multiple times and sometimes it’s been unclear whether a purchase has been made, so I’ve bought more tickets than I needed. Fix these things and it’s a 5-star app.

If 0 stars were possible…

It is completely impossible to buy tickets for another day. You can apparently buy “active” and “inactive” ticked which does not appear when you buy tickets. I have tried to times and my father one time and the same problem occurs. The customer service is rude, but if you are snarky enough you will get your money back. I sincerely hope you will hire more competent app developers to fix our useless app.

Add voucher bug

Trying to add voucher, after entering code and pressing Add, nothing happens, can you fix ?

Vi skulle til Lund C men af en eller anden grund så da vi købte billetten så fik vi den ikke. Den var valideret med nem id og pengene var reserveret på kortet, så der røg 350kr ud af vinduet

Not even create the account

It’s not even work for creating the account by phone number. And there is only one way to create the profile. No profile no ticket .. so the application could be useless.
