I paid 3 times for just the one ticket and didn’t get my money back. I can also see from the reviews that I am not the only one to experience this. Even after all card details have been entered and payment authorised for some reason the ticket isn’t “visible” which is not a great interface. Please get it fixed and would also like my money back as well

What is going on! This is stealing your customers money without giving them a ticket!!!!

I highly recommend you to only buy 1 ticket at a time. I bought two tickets for my trip to Copenhagen round trip. I pushed activate tickets after buying and then I clicked activate when i entered the train. This automatically activated BOTH my tickets. I didn’t discover this until my trip back on Sunday, which meant I had to buy another ticket. Monday I called customer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it.. WTF.. it’s very easy to see in the activation that my round trip was activated at the same time, makes no sense… poor customer service lady..

Please fix it. The map is really annoying as it no longer shows my personal location. It’s really stressful when having to change the busses under short time. I can’t see where I am on the map!!

Hi the map doesn’t live update after the last release 1.56.0. I’m experiencing this issue on iOS. I need to close and open the “where is my bus” in order to fetch the positions. It moves a little bit, but then it stop updating. Please have a look , it is important for me at least have that update.

Used to be very good but recently, everytime i try to buy a ticket the app shows an error screen, even though the verification of my card went through

Add credit card window stales when adding the credit card. I did try 3 different cards. I hope I can buy ticket directly from the bus

The app is well built and easy to use, the group discounts and the extended validity of the tickets are both awesome. However, I’ve experienced a purchase of tickets via debit card fail multiple times and sometimes it’s been unclear whether a purchase has been made, so I’ve bought more tickets than I needed. Fix these things and it’s a 5-star app.
