## Skånetrafiken Description
With the Skånetrafiken app you can:

* Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
* Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
* Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
* Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
* Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
* Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
* Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).

Even after all card details have been entered and payment authorised for some reason the ticket isn’t “visible” which is not a great interface. Please get it fixed and would also like my money back as well

I highly recommend you to only buy 1 ticket at a time. I bought two tickets for my trip to Copenhagen round trip.

I pushed activate tickets after buying and then I clicked activate when i entered the train. This automatically activated BOTH my tickets. I didn’t discover this until my trip back on Sunday, which meant I had to buy another ticket.

Monday I called customer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it.. WTF.. it’s very easy to see in the activation that my round trip was activated at the same time, makes no sense… poor customer service lady..

Hi the map doesn’t live update after the last release 1.56.0.
I’m experiencing this issue on iOS. 
I need to close and open the “where is my bus” in order to fetch the positions. 
It moves a little bit, but then it stop updating. 
Please have a look , it is important for me at least have that update.

The app is well built and easy to use, the group discounts and the extended validity of the tickets are both awesome. However, I’ve experienced a purchase of tickets via debit card fail multiple times and sometimes it’s been unclear whether a purchase has been made, so I’ve bought more tickets than I needed. Fix these things and it’s a 5-star app.

It is completely impossible to buy tickets for another day. You can apparently buy “active” and “inactive” ticked which does not appear when you buy tickets. I have tried to times and my father one time and the same problem occurs. The customer service is rude, but if you are snarky enough you will get your money back. I sincerely hope you will hire more competent app developers to fix our useless app.

But on the ticket it is not possible to see want time I depart, which train number I will travel with and in general to check if I booked the right date+time. Det har nu i 6 uger ikke været muligt at tilkøbe 1st klasse på en 30 dages Øresundsbillet på trods af gentagne forsikringer om at det kommer til at fungere inden for et par dage. Uacceptabel ventetid.(toget er fyldt og det er ikke muligt at arbejde hvis jeg ikke har 1 klasse, hvorfor jeg er nødsaget til at køre bil da der ellers er for meget spildtid)
