Hard To Use

Every time I try to use this app, I have recreate my account. No way to reach customer service support.

Awful app

Don’t waste your time it does not work

Can’t Make A Purchase

Tried multiple times and have been unable to make a purchase. Tried the chat function and told no agents available. Tried email and no response.

Latest iOS update broke the app

Cannot connect to the server.

Cannot use the app!!!

I downloaded the app and all I get is “could not connect to server” so I can’t use the app. I have great service where I live and great WIFI and still cannot use the app. It won’t allow me to connect. I tried deleting and re adding the app and still get the same issue :(

Not working

Will not save items to wish list. Then I just had update and now nothing is working.

New update 4/24/24 - getting error

New update today. When I open the app (which was working 3 days ago without issue) there is an error message saying “oops, something went wrong, try again”.

Love hate

Love this app for shopping my Skechers BUT crashes all the time. I must delete app and reload because of the crashing..

Needs updates

the app is not performing well. It has a lot of bugs and runs too slow

Constantly getting stuck

Over the last few months, every time I’ve tried to filter, or save, the app gets stuck for very long periods of time. This is not conducive to a good shopping experience and is terribly frustrating.
