Terrible garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. Negative 5 stars to the creators.

Now that it’s May it’s been a year since the app really stopped working as it should for me. Completely stopped giving me rides at all as soon after. It’s clear now why the credits decreased in value not long before all this happened. At a time when gas prices were sky high by the way. Classy! Fast forward to now I can’t even get to the point where I enter my phone number because there’s a “error fetching data“. Put up or shut up skeddy. Don’t ask me to revise the review either. Even if you fixed it tomorrow, it’s only going up by one star MAYBE because you’ve dropped the ball for so long. How in your mind do you think you deserve more than one or two stars after this? You completely failed your user base. I know, I know the update is just around the corner! But you’ve been saying that for months as well. Thanks for losing me potentially thousands of dollars. Edit: so I requested my credits to be refunded like you said back on May 26 and haven’t even gotten a response yet. Can someone over there get out of bed and help?

poor app i have an account and i can’t open it and no way to contact with the team to fix this issue. i lost almost 100 $ credit.

It was a nice app but now it won't connect to my driver profile and keeps saying 'refresh or try again later', it's been months.

Doesn’t work anymore on iPhone unfortunately.

Back in 2022 it was fantastic now can’t log in asks to verify. Refresh doesn’t work and support page doesn’t help either.

The app is great, and definitely allows me to maximize my time on the field, but it hasn’t been a functioning app for a few months.

Don’t invest your money in this crappy app I had mine I bought 100 credit and I was only available to use 30 now I don’t know how I’m gonna get my money back because I have 70 credits and the app doesn’t even work
