Terrible attitude
Ordered a cab an hour in advance to get to a dinner reservation. After waiting for several minutes beyond the pickup time I called the phone number. The woman I spoke with had a disgusting attitude, couldn’t have cared less and then told me I’d be black listed if I cancelled the cab after securing one from another provider. App is being deleted. Will never use again.
Almost perfect
App needs pet friendly option adding to it as a choice, estate car and pet friendly option needs a note to state £2 additional charge. When you search for a destination it glitches out and removes your search. Other than that it is perfect!
Don’t bother.
Tried to use the app to book a taxi, just says we have your booking we will update you when I driver has been allocated stayed like that for over 30 mins. Not sure the app works TBH. Best just give them a call
