Skiddle FAQ
Is Skiddle free?
Yes, Skiddle is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Skiddle legit?
🤔 The Skiddle app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Yet doesn’t give the option to pay via Apple Pay. You have to insert your card details. Why lie about something so easily found to be untrue. FYI it’s the same on the web site. It does nothing to make me feel my transaction is secure.
Rubbish
Trying to print my tickets - rubbish, still haven’t achieved it!
Big Mike

Tickets

Excellent ticket site
I often order from Skiddle and never have any problems
From the jam gig
Tried to get in last night took 3 attempts as the barcode wasn’t working,I hope it’s not as complicated at the skafest gig in August, I understand now why people prefer paper tickets.
Great site and service
Easy to navigate, I used the customer service option chat as I wanted to upgrade my tickets, service was great a d chat was easy to use. Thank you Skiddle
Put me in det
I try to buy ticket and I forgot I didn’t have any money in my account and now it has put me in 25 pound of det when I don’t even have the ticket
Scammed me
Bought tickets to an event in Birmingham for this weekend Friday 15th March turned up to the event and had to pay for a new ticket as they told me that Skiddle had nothing to do with their event and the tickets were not valid. Wouldn’t trust this app to give you a valid ticket as they may scam you as they did me. Cant even give out a refund
Annoying App
To gain access to your tickets you are sent a confusing email with various links to ‘login’ to use your tickets. You are then redirected to a website after having to login where you find out you cannot access the tickets without downloading the app and logging in again. Would be so much easier if, like other apps, just gave you your ticket link via a separate email.
Additionally, they charge several ‘extra’ charges and the extra payable amounts seem to change each time I am met with the unfortunate circumstance of having to use this website. Far cheaper ticket websites out there with much less hassle.
Would not recommend.
