While it excels in many areas, I've noticed that some features are more efficiently accessed through the website on a computer rather than the mobile app. Specifically, the website's functionality can be inconsistent when accessed from a phone. I would like to suggest adding invoicing and other key features to the app, as this would greatly enhance user experience and streamline workflow. All “improvements “ they offer doesn’t make difference for the daily tasks specifically because the price increased ridiculously and the basic stuff that you actually need doesn’t work. Customers don’t receive emails, every time you need to be syncing by log in and out to make pictures available to be included, I received one note 3 days later… completely inaceptable. for over 2 months I have been calling them almost weekly for this issues to be fixed and nothing but they keep me charging full price for half service offered. My original price was $.50 per pool, then it went to $1 a pool, now $2 a pool. This would be equivalent of me raising rates of my customers from $125 a month for service to $375 a month. When I contacted skimmer they switched me to the “getting started” rate back to $1 a pool BUT they didn’t mention that you lose all the features that previously cost $.50 I feel skimmer was great but for some reason got overly greedy. Possibly sold out and maybe the new owners jacked the price?
