Is Skip free?
Yes, Skip is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Skip legit?
⚠️ The Skip app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
UberEats, DoorDash allow you to cancel orders within the app (based on valid reasons) - Skip does not and on busy nights, It can take upto 2 hours for skip customer service to pick up phone or answer chat. The driver is basically stuck with the order on their screen for the amount of time. Last time I called the the recorded voice says wait time is less than 2 mins but I was on the online for 2 hours and 18 mins and once again I need to get an order call called and I’m waiting for over an hour.
They should def hire more staff to answer chat/phone and allow cancellations by drivers through app.

App not working after last update
Busy season and the app is not working since the last five days it’s just frozen hanged up. Not able to go online at all.
Not a good idea to work here if you’re a local
Been waiting long over a year for this to accept me as a driver. Meanwhile door dash accepted me within 48 hours. I believe they are selective who they accept. It’s rather obvious.
I miss the old skip
Who is programming this app. Stop making it worse. Also the 3.40$ orders are ridiculous. The open shifts glitch out of existence.
Courier Account activation
I got email that i can sign up for courier account. I did all the steps upload all the documents they approved it. I ordered bags worth 60$ CD but now they are not activating my account and not accepting my account details I don’t why they do that? I have been keep asking help through their support team by emailing but no response. Really bad management.
I think i got scammed by ordering their bags.really disappointed.
Poor support from staff
Staff working at support doesn’t understand things and really not helpful. Feels like they don’t have proper training before being hired.

Worst user experience, useless customer support, so many bug in app.
The Worst version ever
Iphone 13 in good condition but app freezing when I push start or complete oreders, pause didn’t work (still coming orders), mesagges going and coming so slow and this things didn’t happen before last update. Fire all software development department.
Skip is the best courier app!
I am using my friend’s app while waiting for mine to be approved, and I make good money as side hustle!! I’d recommend this app rather than other courier apps.
