Company is a scam, run fast from this trash!!!!

*Update* Immediately following this review Skipcart removed my future orders, deactivated me, refused me payment and locked me out of the app. DRIVERS BEWARE: Skipcart is not an honest or professionally operating company and will blame you for everything even if it is their or the customer’s fault. Driver “Support” is a joke. I had an order that was across town, I drove there in a snow storm, stuck in traffic for 40 minutes only to show up and be told that I can’t pick up the order because the customer was on their way to pick it up. Upon reporting the issue to SkipCart I was given $4 to drive roughly 12 miles in a bad snow storm and stuck n traffic. This wasn’t my fault. The customer clearly overstepped and didn’t even notify the app that it was cancelled. “Support” basically told me to pound sand and ignored me after cancelling the order. This is common practice with them. This app is a good platform but they really don’t care about the drivers and will let customers screw you without any repercussions to them.

Im out of TX north Dallas and i filed a complaint with them about us being unable to call or text the customer it’s been well over a month and my customers are upset and so am i as the driver (still get paid full amount on any return) but i can’t call or text my customer and if i do it say i already communicated with them i know for sure i haven’t talk to them before they scamming

I got as far as adding my profile pic but when I tap on it, nothing happens. No way to open app, add vehicle, banking or anything else.

App glitches from time to time, causing orders to be cancelled, while navigating to a delivery. No live customer support other than chat which is extremely inconvenient since we are Drivers!!! And even chat takes a very long time! Also, no button to “skip set up” as a lot of catering order customers don’t want set up/prefer to set up themselves/aren’t ready for a set up, so they ask not to set up. Really need a “skip set up” button. Pictures will be just a bag or box of food, not what is required….

They are scammers! I have aged account that I did over 300+ deliveries and I don’t get no more orders or caterings, while my friend just opened an account and gets all the good orders! This company does not care about your hard work or loyalty. So it’s up to you if you wanna work for them or not!!!

Payment bad , driver have full car , catering skickcart pay $35 Or $53 thi is so bad ,

App is incredibly slow. They won’t answer me but I’m confident the system is being cheated. Bots are likely picking up catering orders making it very unfair to drivers. I’ve never experienced this level of disregard for drivers by the staff. Hopefully they can make better changes to help drivers out.

This app does not support the drivers I deleted my account this app does not care about drivers I contacted support because they messed up my account and I contacted support and got attitude with me and ended the chat with out fixing the issue they made this app is horrible support is horrible never using this app again till they make changes

They gave the stalkers the information where I go to the stores and customers addresses. And also they notified the stores about me. They gave me weird looks. At Lowe’s. I showed my ID and it’s not matched w their system. What’s going on????
