The fine print: a HIDDEN-CITY flight is a flight where you get off at the layover rather than the final destination. For example, a flight from New York to San Francisco might be $300, but a similar flight from New York to Seattle with a layover in San Francisco might be $200. If you’re going to San Francisco we’ll show you both flights, and if you choose the cheaper one, you get off the plane at the layover (San Francisco) rather than going to the final destination (Seattle).

Booked first ever flight here for CAD $X. Then, when paying for ticket, there was a (*) next to the final price in USD, below described as service fee, HOWEVER, service fee amount not disclosed until received email confirmation. 

In summary, I was charged a USD $26.86 and a USD $10 service fees, which were NEVER disclosed on the initial advertised price nor at check out. 

I wished there was more transparency (either include advertised fee on original price as advertised OR provide a breakdown of service fees prior to payment).

Just spent so much time on the phone trying to deal with reservations. In the “My Trips” tab there should be ways to edit or change reservations. This app makes it impossible to find where you can do this. Very frustrating even though the offers are great

Proceeded to booking, after entering all my information they show the real total. 
Exactly the same price as google flights!!

Don’t waste your time, they make it look cheaper by sneaking in the fees at the end.

They refuse to follow airline policies saying they 'have their own'. So it doesn't matter if an airline has a refund policy for example, because they will just say it's not THEIR policy. I spoke with the airline I was to fly with multiple times and they confirmed that I was fully eligible for a refund because of covid-related cancellation. Nope, Skiplagged will shut you down.
