## SkipTheDepot Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Great service"
Saves me time wasted travelling to depot on a Saturday!
-- ssxxrm, 2025-06-18

### ***** "Wonderful"
Great service and app.
-- Williams Walls, 2025-06-18

### ***** "So convenient"
Automates a task that used to pile up and become overwhelming. I book a pickup, bottles disappear, money arrives in my account (or gets sent to my beneficiary of choice). Slick and easy.
-- VetaMorgaine, 2025-02-26

### *---- "Terrible"
I’ve been scheduling pickups for the past 3 months and they keep getting pushed back. My last one was scheduled for this week. Morning of they confirmed they’d be here between 8-5. That’s great. We got up early, tagged the bags and put them out. We waited all day. I continued to check the app and it still said between 8-5. Cool. 3:30 came and I checked the app again and it said pickup scheduled for October 10th, a month later. We are moving out of our place October 1st. That is no good to me. I contacted customer support. They said they have no drivers here and that my pickup should have never been scheduled. Why allow me to request pickup in an area with no drivers? I’m beyond disappointed at this point. Scheduling for months on end and not even an email saying they have no drivers. Unbelievable. I will never try this service again. If I could rate zero stars I would. We waited around all day with almost 30 bags for not even an email notification till almost 5 hours after pickup time started.

### ***** "Amazing App for Recycling"
This app has been like a magic for recycling especially when it becomes to scheduling and pick up! Great team effort and fantastic service!
-- Sima Powdel, 2024-02-21

### ***** "Love this service"
Best thing ever for recycling. Drop and go and delivery have been great.
-- Sblenn, 2023-11-21

### **--- "Works great… when they show up."
Nothing more frustrating than lugging your bag of bottles out at 7 am to get a message at 4 pm that they’ve “rescheduled” your pickup.
-- MoeReese, 2023-06-07

### ***** "Efficient and professional"
Easy to arrange and helpful for those of us with mobility challenges. Always on time quiet and quick. Donating the pick up proceeds and clothing to WINS bonuses. Thank you!
-- Winggknut, 2023-03-24

### ***** "Love this service"
I’ve used this app for bottles and it’s so easy. I love how I can choose where I want my donation to go to! They are also very good at communicating.
