However, it has a very serious bug. For an unknown and unexplained reason - and seemingly unfixable reason - the app automatically resets itself to factory default. As a result, the app must be reconfigure from scratch, and the secure passcode device deleted and reconfigured. This has happened multiple times across 3 versions of iPhones (14,15,16), across multiple versions of iOS, and across multiple versions of the app. At least 10 other financial apps using the same 3 iPhones, the same multiple iOS versions, and multiple versions of the respective app, have NEVER once exhibited this behave. The common denominator to this failing is the Skiption app. Skipton are aware of this serious bug and have confirmed that other users have report the same failing. I have uploaded a system t and I have signed docusign but I would like to know WHY this has happened it really is poor service . I really need an answer. I have troubled my family to lend me some money which I really did not want t to do. So then I have to use the full on-line log in and delete all the app registered devices (which are all the same device) when it starts again and I have to log in like a new customer using the full log in. I would prefer not to waste my time continually doing this but if I want to actually do anything on-line beyond checking a balance it sends me back to the app to generate a one time code.
