I opened the first account with the name Temi which has over 17,000 diamonds it was blocked within 2 weeks i Opened another one with the Hot chocolate with over 7,000 diamonds it was blocked the third day, I sent mail to your support team I was told it was permanently blocked for violating terms and services without no full details of what I did. Now am trying to create a new one cause I have couple of nice people I just connected with on the app I keep getting blocked on the spot. I would appreciate if this is looked into as I didn’t go against the app terms..

Please kindly help so I can have access back to the app i don’t mind opening a new account 

Would love to reconnect back with the amazing souls I met there.
