## Skrap Description
ONE-STOP SHOP - At Skrap our aim is to be the only place you’ll ever need to fulfil your construction hire requirements for your projects, with multiple services and a reliable and local network of suppliers to meet all needs.

MULTI ORDER - Some projects require more resources than others. The Multi-Order function on Skrap allows users to order several quantities of construction services when making their order.

24/7 ORDERING - Regardless of whether it's the beginning of a workday or a last minute order in the evening. Skrap fulfils same-day requests (subject to timing) to whatever site you are currently working on.

ANALYTICS - When you’re working on multiple sites at the same time, it can often get hard to track expenses and where capital has been allocated across sites and vendors. Within the Skrap app, you are able to get an analytics breakdown of where money has been spent and in what quantities these services are being hired.

LIVE CHAT - Having a technical error or not quite sure what service is best for your construction project? Jump on the live chat feature that is open during normal business hours so that a member of our team can respond to your requests as quickly as possible.

CREDIT ACCOUNT - We understand that cash flow is important for your business, that’s why we offer credit to prospective customers that require more frequent orders.

PRICING - We provide a fixed and competitive price across major cities across all our services. No more time wasted shopping around.

MULTI USER (Coming Soon) - Construction projects often involve multiple key stakeholders and within an organisation it is now easier than ever to manage everyone on one account. Tiered permissions can be given managers, site staff and admin to manage your ordering process from anywhere.

-- oomek, 2022-12-05

### *---- "Worst service ever"
I had a skip stuck on my drive for few weeks as i couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone and no one reply’s on the live chat.

-- anjuor, 2021-06-04

### *---- "Terrible don’t bother"
This company has in two weeks cost my company approx £1000 of wasted Labour and plant hire waiting for skips as they take the money then confirm a day time then they don’t call and nothing turns up to the following day, also they are a nightmare to get hold of, I was then offered a code of £5 off lol joke of a company an incompetent, also had them ask my client for cash extra to take a skip when the client refused they put a £60 charge on my account even tho they came back an took the same skip.
-- bunter77, 2021-05-19

### *---- "Bad customer service"
The apps response very very slow. When my skip delivered, I always have to request my for apps to be updated. Otherwise I could not request for my next delivery. The live chats will only reply in next few days. The promo code could not be used too. Highly not recommended. Other places will have even better price and customer service
-- whatsupjer, 2021-05-07

### ***** "The future of construction"
This app is revolutionary on many levels.
-- Nate156q, 2021-02-03

### ***** "Awesome app!"
Why would you order a skip any other way?
-- Hyshy, 2020-08-27

### **--- "Never Works"
Every time I go to use the app it doesn’t work, there is always an error. Good concept though.
-- NEVAEHDOLL, 2020-07-20

Skrap has proved to be the most reliable app for all my construction hire requirements. on-demand, fast, great service and convenient like no other.
-- GZ Construction, 2020-07-09

### ***-- "Don’t work?"
The app always tells me it can’t take bookings through the app, and gives me a pop-up with a number to call instead?
-- Niklas Andersson, 2019-11-19
