Absolute worst customer service

Three days and no response. My card was double charged for an order and Skrill won’t even answer me back about it. I need my money. Give it back.

I want to log in

All of a sudden out of the blue, they put my account on restriction. There is no way to contact anyone. They do not respond to any of the emails. The phone number when I call says they do not accept anonymous phone calls, but my phone number is not anonymous. I have money in my account that they will not let me access their stealing from me and nobody cares. Update on this it's been days later and I still have not heard a single thing from anybody. They just completely deny me access to my own money. It looks like they're just gonna try and keep my money at this point.

Trate de enviar 60 dólares a alguien cercano a mi, me salió como que no estaba registrada en la plataforma cuando si lo estaba. Nunca le llego ese dinero por mas que se intento varias veces cancelando e intentándolo de nuevo, y no me quedo de otra que volver a depositar los 60 dólares en mi cuenta de banco, para que después de 7 intentos no me dejase, quedándose con ese dinero. Es la peor plataforma que he usado en mi vida, el servicio al cliente es vomitivo, y si nunca la has utilizado, ni lo pienses, ahórrate los dolores de cabeza por favor, a mi me robaron 60 dólares. Un asco absoluto

Useless app

This app is a complete waste of time and effort. What kind of app that claims to support crypto wouldn’t let you send to your preferred wallet address. They rather prefer you do everything within the app so that they can reap you off with their high ridiculous fees.

My Go To⭐️

Saved me so much time and effort. Payments always go through, Apple Pay works every time and so convenient and quick.

Garbage

They are able to accept YOUR money immediately. However, when it comes time to be able to withdraw your money or have access to it, you had better be prepared to wait an indefinite amount of time. Absolutely zero customer service. They have a frequently asked question page in a worthless chat bot. Use cashapp instead.

Forget Cash App and Venmo

Skrill has it all and so much easier to do business with. Rewards are great too! App is easy to navigate.

If you're looking for a financial service that doesn't care about your needs, look no more Skrill is the best platform to carelessly make the worst use of your money! My money has been stuck with them for days because of a simple "security" issue they have haha cmon really? 6 days for a security check even after I verified myself in every way possible? maybe hire a better security team. Anyways I definitely wouldn't recommend this app for anyone thats looking for quick and easy solutions to using your money. Stick to a bank instead or the og platforms ; paypal instead

Can’t access Funds

I have $82 on Skrill, but I cannot access my money for another six hours and I’m sitting at the gas station on empty so I am not happy and I do not plan on staying with this platform.
