It’s great to see SKWRT return to active development after a few years in the wilderness! It not incorporates MRRW and 4PNTS for free (and I don’t even mind that I paid for them back in the day). This app is significantly more powerful than the build in alignment features and is well worth having.
It can be a little confusing though, even if you’ve watched the videos, because the interface is minimalist and idiosyncratic. I appreciate this aesthetically but it would benefit from the use of more common terminology, for example ‘edit’ instead of ‘import’, ‘save’ instead of ‘replace’. Also, it really wouldn’t hurt to add visible ‘calibration marks’ as a cue fore the rotation function instead of an invisible gesture.
I’d like to see MRRW allow independent rotation of the mirror plane and the image without requiring a ‘merge’ since this would open up more playful exploration of creative options.
