For App I give 5 stars for the sky drive on TV I give TWO Stars as the service over Christmas was rubbish, programs crashing constantly & I have it for my elderly mother & many an afternoon or evening there would be no tv on & she said the screen just went blank. So pretty disgusted over the Christmas week & missing out on certain programs she was looking forward to watch.

I love Sky Go. It’s great to be able to watch TV whenever I want.  Especially at the moment when I am in hospital and need my TV.  It’s life saver. My only objetos that it will only let me watch live tv but none of my recordings but apart from that it’s great.

Unlike other streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+ etc., Sky Go has limited subtitle options, depending on the programme, and no audio description from what I can see. This is very disappointing and should be addressed as soon as possible to make the content more inclusive and accessible.

I was charged for sky cinema which I never ordered or had no access to it. In fact I was not in Ireland for the 5 months. I have requested a refund but to no avail. Is it a policy now of sky to take advantage of people. Speaking to someone in India with Poor English language is a frustration hoping you will hang up. Refund my money. Regards Pat

Great idea, but it really isn’t laid out in a great way. Access to downloads as soon as they’re completed should be accessible from the point they have been downloaded from. Should also be more intuitive from previously watched episodes. Can’t watch downloads without a WiFi connection.
