## Sky Go (Q / +) Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Useless is you have Sky +"
If you have Sky + (and haven’t paid the extra to get Sky Q) you cannot watch your recording on sky go - so pointless and useless
-- Purpledtobits, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Cannot connect to sky box"
Despite having a fast and reliable internet connection with speeds around 1GB and using a brand new apple iPad Air device this app simply cannot connect to the sky box, I end up constantly trying to search for the connection and turning WiFi or devices off and on again. On the rare occasion that it does connect it often then disconnects at random in the middle of the programme. Useless!
-- Citadel7, 2025-01-04

### ***-- "Decent"
Decent
-- 3Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Sky go"
Excellent you can watch sky at work the grand children the car ect
-- c2ghj, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Apple TV costs extra"
If you want to use this app connected to a TV in any way (eg via a games console or Apple TV) then you have to pay for an extra Sky multi room subscription. The Mac app is still an Intel-only app and is the only app I use that makes my MacBook heat up. Sky don’t care about their customers or the quality of their apps, you are just a meat bag with a credit card.
-- Simon Whitaker, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Should be a zero star"
Does not work and to get it fixed, I’m expected to call customer services and spend an hour of my time to resolve their issue. Sky customer for over 4 years at my current property, expected better
-- Luckafot, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Ads and ads and ads"
If anyone can find the device pin on a iPad it’s a miracle, takes you to device page but no where to mange a pin, the virtual assistant is useless, constantly asking for a pin but there’s no where to find or change it
-- WOLVOLAD, 2024-12-28

### *---- "No Vision Pro support"
It’s been months since Vision Pro was released. And yet the iPad app (I’m not even asking for a native app) still hasn’t been enabled for this device. I pay good money to Sky and should be able to watch wherever I want. iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV are allowed but no Vision Pro? This is a deliberate decision by Sky with no obvious reason. Made all the worse because Now TV is on Vision Pro - but Sky subscriptions don’t work in Now TV. If it is made available, I’ll reconsider my rating.
-- MinneytheKid, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
After signing in it says a technical error is stopping it from working. Atrocious.
-- The Grand Waster, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Broken."
The error is “Because of a technical issue you cannot watch this content.” The support team produces AI generated responses (we spent days in a back and forth, provided information, were told to restart and redownload (this did not work) and then received an email that responded to another persons query. Many emails were also identical and of no relevance.) In sum, after 3 weeks, this has not been resolved and renders the app unusable. This is incredibly disappointing as prior to this point it worked well.
