Sky On Fire : 1940 is an indie WW2 flight sim !

The game takes place in the early years of the war , from the battle for France to the battle of Britain. 4 nations will be playable : Germany, France, England, and Italy. You can fly different aircraft , including legends such as the Spitfire, Hurricane, B.P. Defiant, Bf 109, Bf 110 Ju 87 , Ju 88 or He 111.

Multicrew makes it possible to control each individual crewmember in your aircraft, you can even let the AI pilot and light up ennemies on your 6 with a rear gun !

Use the mission editor to create your own scenarios, and with a free camera and photo mode, you will be able to save your best pics.

Engage in dogfights with a challenging AI, thanks to the mission editor, you can decide to fight either in a 1v1 or in a huge battle with dozens of airplanes.

I am the only person working on it. You can check the discord server to be aware of new update and chat a bit with me and a lot of experienced players.

Don't be fooled by the low-poly style , the game uses realistic physics , airfoil based and as close as possible to the reality !
It can be considered as the most realist WW2 flight sim available on mobile.

This game is is so good

I like usually fight in World War Planes

Add more detail

When the pilot is damaged, I suggest that maybe when someone goes into spectator mode that it can show like bullet holes in him

World War One game

I love the game more than anything but I would love a sequel like a World War One plane game. But I know that there was not that many planes in the First World War but make the planes that they did have into a game that has the same mechanics as this game. I would love a World War One plane game

American tree

This game is awesome and I love to play it everyday but I want to see more like the American tree and the Japanese tree

Spawning ai

There been a problem with the Ai spawning like Can’t spawn more the 3 or 2 planes without the game crashing Iwas hoping you could fix it pls. Thank you Have a good day

Great game but I have suggestions

Please add more nations because it seems like there’s just British and German planes, plus please add more of a variety of planes not just fighters and medium bombers. Plus it would be nice if there’s American bombers and fighters like for example the B25 a medium bomber and other dive bombers other than this nice game.

Great game.

Its a great game but I find it hard to get the ju 88 even in the air. How come every time I try to take off my plane starts turning around in circles? The he 111 is easier to get of the ground but please fix this annoying bug with the ju 88. It’s literally one of my favorite aircraft in the game but I can’t even take off. Other than that the game is historically realistic in both terms of combat maneuvers and strategy. In my opinion I think you should add Luftwaffe airfields so you can attack Great Britain. Also I think you should add ships that aircraft from both sides can attack. Only merchant ships though or maybe a battleship. Lastly add more skins. Other than that great game and I recommend anyone who is interested in wwii air combat to try it out.

Issues

Would love to play this game. Trying for years. Downloaded on iPhone, controls don’t work, hooked up Bluetooth controller, still can’t control the plane. Let’s get this fixed and open this game up to all of us . Thanks

Its amazing. Very realistic, fun, and challenging. Best mobile fighter plane game ever.
