## Sky Racing Active Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "Past five races"
In previous versions there were visions of the past five races/trials of horses that I follow. Currently only the most recent run is available. When will this be fixed?
-- AbacusCM, 2024-12-22

### **--- "Low resolution"
Watching on the 4K Apple TV, looks like steaming @ 240p. No option to select resolution and I’m running at 450Mbps connection. Needs an update.
-- Domz4726, 2024-04-13

### *---- "Cannot log in"
Same other users I get an incorrect brand error message. Wanted to try this while on holiday
-- WishIownedwinx, 2023-02-10

### *---- "Incorrect Brand"
Can not login with TAB account.
Error returned is “Incorrect Brand”
Was able to login on the web browser no problems, but this app won’t work.
All I want it for is to use Chromecast so I can watch the races not on my phone.
-- enajac, 2023-01-15

### *---- "Confused"
Why when I try logging in it comes up with incorrect brand???
-- DUNKS543, 2023-01-08

### ***-- "No brand"
Why is it when I go to log into the sky racing active app on all my devices it tells me incorrect brand ?
-- Alphie944, 2023-01-07

### *---- "Won’t even open"
Thanks for wasting my time
-- David2856, 2023-01-07

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Like others, I keep getting the message “incorrect brand” and it won’t let me log in at all.
-- Shazambangles, 2022-12-29

### *---- "Frustrating"
I have a TAB account, downloaded SkyActive but can’t log in, never have I been able to log in all I get is a message saying “incorrect brand”. I have emailed support twice and get the same generic response “Very sorry but we are aware of a technical issue with the app, we are working hard to fix it”. That was 6 weeks ago, someone needs new IT guys. BTW I don’t want to use the website I want to use the app that the website suggests I use.
-- Limbo_63, 2022-12-28

### *---- "Won’t let me log in"
Try to log in with my TAB account and the app comes back with a “incorrect brand” error.
