What is the purpose of asking users to select the sports they’re interested if you’re just going to ignore their preferences and populate the homepage with 90% football (literally 90%) despite me not having selected football? Aside from this issue the app works well. I just really wish there was a way to escape the wall to wall football coverage.

I opened the app, was told to log in. Did that using my Virgin Media credentials. Tried to watch Premier League football. Was told to open the app. Opened the app. Again. Logged in again. Endless loop. Can’t watch the match. Sometimes I get a screen asking me to create a complimentary account. But I’ve already got one. I don’t want another one and I’m certainly not going to use a credit card to authenticate an account on a page that seems to be called funweb.com. Are you kidding? I’m completely wasting my money on Sky Sports.

Great app but the 30 second ads before nearly every video is very annoying! If it wasn't for that I'd be giving this app 5 stars but instead I'm giving it 2!

Putting ads on their app about white men abusing women and a black man stepping in to stop it. Wow cheeky bstards, more like the other way around!!

I just want to see football score

When opening the app, various thumbnails on the page do not load and has a blank image. Please fix this. Also need notifications about my favourite team, never get any and there is also no notification sounds!

45 seconds of adverts to watch a 17 second clip. Then the next clip I want to watch - another 45 seconds of adverts!! (And so on) Maybe change the adverts to every 5 clips?? Or make the advert length proportionate to the clip length? I don’t even bother to watch the clips anymore as the adverts are too invasive. Which is a shame.

Every time I open an article I have a pop up wanting me to allow all cookies to get targeted adds. I click essential cookies only and read the article. I open the next article to read and get the same pop up. This happens every single time I open the app and for every single article I open. It is so invasive the app has become unusable.
