Having trouble being able to record and series link and channels we are subscribed too. Keeps coming back saying to upgrade. We already have the Chanel’s why won’t it let us record.
Yet again this app fails to accept login details. When it’s working it’s fantastic but no guarantee it’s going to work when you need it too.
Constantly requiring logging in and now it just crashes, it’s very frustrating
Ok for a few days then says ‘Login Failed’. Have changed password and tried again and again and won’t open. Have now deleted and re-loaded the App and still says Login Failed. No joy going to website to change password either. Why is ‘Programme Information Unavailable’ for TV 1/2/3 etc. on all days showing ?
Despite other reviews regarding this topic Sky still can’t fix the simple problem of having to log in every time I want to record a show! How painful that I have to ask one of my kids to log in every time I need to remote record and one of them is even writing this review on my behalf. I have been a sky customer for 33 years since it started and this frustrates me constantly
I use the app a lot to book, especially if I’m away from home and I love it. However search based on a keyword produces a confusing list of results. It is useful that results are split into some categories et cetera, but the number in the category header does not match the actual results under it. The number is often greater than the listed results and you are left wondering where the rest of the results are. Also, sometimes the search cannot find results for your keyword even though you know for a fact there is something containing that word in Sky programming on tv set. Lastly, I would love to be able to filter the results as well, for example by live broadcast.
Good when it works! Sky you need to sort the log in issues. Getting sick of it not letting me log in with its ERROR messages
App confirms the selected program is set to record (on the new Sky box), but it isn’t. Can only hope the developers are working on a fix, as I found this functionality really helpful and convenient. Yes, I have repeatedly checked that my details are ‘linked’.
Constantly being asked to sign in and frequently told I’m not subscribed to channels that I know I am. Even told I wasn’t subscribed to TVNZ! It’s tiresome and frustrating.
