## SkyCity Reviews in New Zealand

### *---- "Bluetooth pop up"
Bluetooth connection required keeps popping up, basically stopping you to use the app. Even after you connect it to Bluetooth. Come on Skycity you can do better than this. Having an app should be a much easy option but this is opposite. Please fix this bug. I’ve never seen an app that keeps popping up with something and stopping user to use it.
-- Allylada, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Bluetooth Prompt"
Your mobile app developers really need to look into constant Bluetooth prompt (I’m on iOS) I can’t even navigate the app coz I can’t get past the multiple prompts - and I’m not even on the premises to connect to any Bluetooth devices 🤦🏽‍♂️ Deleted the app.
-- LDM80, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Scam"
If this is skycityonlinecasino, then I’m am the right place…I have had constant troubles with withdrawing any wins. I’ve given them all documentations for verifications as requested from them and they still mucked me around. Problems only occur when you need to withdraw money. They have no issues when you deposit money on their site to play. I’ve lost over $1000.00 on their app. Warning to any one that plays their games. Don’t waste you’re money
-- Divalishas, 2024-09-07

### *---- "Bugs - Terrible app"
Update now pop up keeps coming up even when app is up to date. Bluetooth pop up keeps coming up even when app’s bluetooth permissions have been turned off.
-- SamChandi, 2024-04-19

### **--- "Updating app"
Every time I log in it’s says updated app but you never can
-- Genii is Sam, 2023-07-10

### ***-- "New update is slightly annoying"
Dislike that I have to have my Bluetooth on to use the app.
-- Editor Eddy, 2021-06-24

### *---- "Too intrusive on privacy"
The new revision forces to give Bluetooth permissions. I deleted the app.
-- Kismathwala, 2021-04-30

### *---- "Bluetooth prompt"
IOS user - For some reason, your app now has a prompt to turn on Bluetooth and will not close even after turning on Bluetooth. I am uninstalling the app as it doesn’t even allow me to close the screen unless I double click to condense all my open apps and then swipe the SkyCity screen away to close the app. Please fix
-- AngieJessie1981, 2021-04-10

### ***** "Simple to use - order room service"
Simple app with info about Skycity. Best thing is being able to order room service when staying in the hotel direct from your phone. There’s also a cool “find my car” service which lets you search your number plate and locate your car.
