Absolutely love this app. So cute and informative! I pay the 7.99 and love seeing all the Pokémon! Only complaint is not hearing or getting a sound for my notifications (I checked all my settings so it’s not that). I get the notification for Pokémon nearby, but since I don’t get the sound, I miss them every time! Would love a fix or new implementation for different audio pings for nearby Pokémon! :) amazing app again! -- erikakmiller, 2026-07-02 ### *---- "not fun anymore" it was fun when it was just 151. plus, it was fun when the widget background wasn’t just black. oh well. back to the regular weather app -- honeyhale, 2026-06-20 ### ***** "I’m so glad I downloaded" As a Pokemon fan fine Gen 1, this has been such a great app. Works just as well as the Apple weather. My only suggestion would be move the cog wheel for settings to the upper right of the main screen and hope that a radar can be added :) -- Bauzer07, 2026-06-20 ### ***** "Awesome App" Very cute app. Love the widget. My one gripe is: When adding friends, the app automatically defaults to showing your location. I think that should be “dex only” and allow you to share location if you decide to do so, for privacy purposes. -- iLeopardeye, 2026-06-11 ### ***** "Love This App" I love the app! Plain and simple. The developer constantly updates it and makes it better -- Balfa 14, 2026-06-09 ### ***** "Notifications" Is there a way to choose the data source permanently? I want to switch back to the Apple Weather source because the new weatherapi source is always 6-8 degrees higher than what shows in the default iOS weather app Update: Thank you for adding notifications! I’ve been loving having that feature. I was now wondering if it’s possible/ok for you to combine the two loading screens for the app into one? The first being the developer name and second the Skydex loading screen? No big deal if not but it would make for a more seamless experience only having one loading page. Have you thought about adding the ability for the app to send notifications every time a new encounter is discovered? -- TylerJR95, 2026-06-04 ### ***** "Amazing app!" This is our go to app for weather now! And Pokémon! ;) -- DBreese1971, 2026-05-24 ### *---- "DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME, lost all my progress." Have been playing this game for a few months, had over 110 Pokémon discovered and I log in one day and it says I’ve only found 3 Pokémon now. Wiped my entire Pokédex. I let this game run at all times in the background too to hunt as much as possible and for it to just not keep my Pokédex saved is crazy. Pretty upset about it honestly I loved the concept of this game because I check my weather all the time! If they can recover my account I’ll take this review down but until then DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME YOU MAY LOG IN ONE DAY TO FIND EVERYTHING GONE. GAME BREAKING BUG AT ANY TIME. -- TunePackler, 2026-05-17 ### ***** "Neat idea and fun" I frequently check the weather but now this makes it a little more fun. Hopefully we get more from johto and hoenn regions -- DarthRaider95, 2026-05-05 ### ***** "Amazing" I love the idea this is definitely my new weather app. Finally an interactive way to view the weather. Could we please get a way to see how many total encounters we have seen in a account management page? Possibly an ability to earn gym badges. -- Live4steelers, 2026-04-14 [View all Skydex reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Skydex In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Skydex Lifetime Ad Free | $24.99 | | Skydex Ad Free Yearly | $7.99 | ## Skydex Discovered Keywords - skydex - pixel weather dex ## Skydex Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/united-states) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/france) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/netherlands) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/canada) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/italy) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/united-kingdom) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/mexico) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/spain) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/philippines) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/brazil) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/china) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/india) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/germany) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/australia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/czechia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/denmark) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/greece) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/hungary) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/japan) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/north-macedonia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/norway) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/skydex-pixel-weather-dex-GYmz/armenia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
