## SkyHop Crew Reviews in United States

### *---- "Thumbs down"
The app is bad but the service is worse. Never on time.
-- Jps190, 2025-03-22

### *---- "App no longer works due to faulty update"
This app no longer works. The app wants an update, and when you go to update, it installs Skyhop Tech Crew instead of updating the regular Skyhop Crew app. Uninstalling Skyhop Crew to renstall does not fix the problem, as it only downloads the version from the previous install via the cloud download icon. This leads to needing the update again which loads the wrong app again.

No point in trying to use Skyhop Crew until this gets fixed.
-- Captain Kirk's dog, 2025-03-03

### *---- "Terrible"
App gps for your vehicle often doesn’t work or is inaccurate. Assigns wrong drivers. Not worth using. Better to just call dispatch! Drivers too concerned with star ratings
-- drew6theman1, 2024-04-25

### *---- "Worrhless"
Crashes when trying to message dispatch. Even dispatchers don’t know where their vans are when you call them. Absolutely worthless transportation company
-- Pilotguy13, 2024-01-25

### ***** "Great service"
Otha was our driver and he awesome!
He met us inside the airport, drove safely and was very personable. Would highly recommend!
-- SIO1960, 2023-12-03

### *---- "App isn’t helpful"
App doesn’t provide van location and van drivers are rarely on time. utterly worthless service!
-- jetlag q, 2023-11-01

### *---- "A pain"
App will not sign in. Just keeps saying time-out. Looks like an Uber for me, an another bill for my company to pay.
-- SW737Flyer, 2023-08-17

### *---- "Horrible app"
Buggy app that crashes every time I try to contact a dispatcher.
-- Fudfud the Great, 2023-07-16

### *---- "Needs way too many updates."
Can’t get rid of old flag messages.
Slow.
App in general is embarrassing.

Drivers are great. Dispatch is often very good. This app is the downfall of it all.
-- Airmark1, 2023-06-21

### *---- "Doesn't really work"
After my first review over a year ago, little if anything has changed. The GPS almost never correctly shows driver locations. The call driver function doesn't always work. And the drivers say they don't get notified when I request pickup. So the app is really only good for canning dispatch and leaving reviews. Unfortunate as it is a good idea.
