The tracking is the worst I’ve seen in the industry. How can you not have step by step tracking! The comments and status in tracking shows the same thing for days. Doesn’t not show where the parcel is or the estimated time for delivery. What’s the point of having an app and website when it does not function the way it should. Please update this to provide better service.

I have not seen such a pathetic courier service with ruthless staff, they bangs the phone without finishing conversation. They took more than 12 days to send courier from Kolkata to Lucknow.
Its been 2 weeks, i have order my dresses and they have misplaced n blaming each other and not giving me exact details.
I did not got my package at home they told me to pick up from there centre and it is not deliverable , i called on 01724185520 in chandigarh office and one girl who attended the call was very rude and abusing and i got my order after travelling 15 kms . Very bad company . Please avoid this company . This is last order from company and please post on all social sites so that no one else is stucked in this company . Fake company. Never seen bad company like this
Booked one courier on 27th Mar22 from Patna to Jamshedpur, surprisingly the courier is out for delivery from 4th Apr22 but not delivered till date. All the contact details provided on the website of this company are wrong. Fraud company.

Hi team, you don’t provide free delivery service to us. I have never such unprofessional delivery service ever in my life.The delivery guy calls me and says that he can’t delivery the courier that too within 4 km of distance. When I call the office to ask for the location of the office, they are sending it from past 1 day. I will never suggest anyone to use this, just because the service was provided by of the product company we had to face many issues. Still now it’s been 2days that I haven’t receive the courier within 4 km of distance and the location. No answer to the phone calls.
My package is booked from delhi and It took 2 days to reach that too I have to receive from there Chandigarh hub that was 25km away from my location. This is my first and last delivery from this compnay.
