Sometimes, this app will kick me out of the app, i.e., sign me out without any notice or notification. Then, when I go into the app, I find out that I have to sign back into the app just to find out if my taxi is on its way or not. Sometimes, this is annoying because if you are in a place with poor service, you can’t get back into the app. Also, the app system is missing some of the POIs. When you use a postcode, it’s not accurate to the place you want to go.

They should give you a choice of whether you want to pay by Apple Pay or cash before you book your taxi, not assume you always want to pay by Apple Pay. Why do you have to manually choose cash?

For the 3rd time this week I’ve had my driver pick up a different passenger and still carry out the booking, they don’t bother to check who the cabs actually for and decide to just go for a jolly. Only download this app if you enjoy having screaming matches with the customer services, for them to send you a new driver while charging you for the previous ride AND THE NEW ONE! Will not be using the service again.
