I’ve had it for a couple months now it turns on by itself without anybody or anything touching it try to restart it, now it doesn’t want to connect even though I put the right information on it’s a waste of money don’t buy it. You’re better off buying a nanny camera

The app seems to work fine but the feeder is feeding two dogs and I have no idea which dog is eating the food. Build some AI into the device so it can at least log and automatically take a short video when the dog is eating. The motion detection can’t be on as it goes off all the time. It needs to have a log with a photo or video when a dog is eating. Also, the bowl is shaped so you can’t really let enough dog food out for two larger dogs.

The app just buffers

This function fine for a two years then since I updated my IOS the app is nolonger working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still not working. The app may need to be update to be compatible with my IOS phone version.

JUNK … I have had this feeder for 7 months and its always have had connection issues but I have been trying to connect for over 2 weeks to manage it and it tells me my network isnt working. Tried installing on another device and did not connect

App no longer works. Error codes on login. Robot is useless without it.

This thing wears my boy out. He loves it and I think he just realized I’m controlling it. No connection issues for me

I’ve tried everything to get this connected and will not connect anymore. I would like to return it, what is the process??

This device worked great for a while and now I can’t get it to connect to WiFi at all! Without the connection the device is trash.
