However, you must have a Skype for Business or Lync account in order to use (and enjoy) the full capability of the Skype for Business app. Also, some functionality might require an update to Lync or Skype for Business Server or might not be available to all users. Mic not Working

Microphone is no longer working after upgrading to iOS 14.5.1 :( The yellow light on phone is still there but the other parties can no longer hear me.

App does not work with IOS 14.1!!

Pleasa updata asap app, it does not work anymore!!

apple car play integration bug

steps to reproduce 1. have a car with apple carplay wireless 2. use skype for business with your mobile internet, not wifi 3. while connected to carplay try to make a skype call 4. call is immediately interrupted after connection is established. workaround: take the call on your headset or phone, instead via carplay please fix it - it s very annoying and distracting while driving

Freezing, not working

As title mentions, often buttons do not work during calls like : resume call, mute/un-mute or worst case no button works except switching between chat and back to call. Also audio drops regularly. Regular skype is 1000x times better and audio quality as well.

We are using the app inside our company and....this is by far the worst app (both mobile and windows) i’ve ever used in the last 20 years. Shut down this project and retract the app from all the storea worldwide. This app is a shame for Microsoft. Really!

Keyboard doesn't work

I can't reply to some incoming Skype messages because the keyboard does not pop-up (even when tapping on "type a message here". So... Quite useless app.
