Avid user of Skyscanner for how many years. Always my go-to-app if I need a cheap flight. Kudos to the team!

The app was better back when we can organize the save flights into different “trips” or folders. Right now, whenever we save a flight, everything gets lumped all together in Saves. Which is annoying because I’m planning trips with multiple flights on different travel dates. Check how Tripadvisor does Trip folders so well, you might learn a thing or two.

I hope you try to investigate all your partner travel agencies and not just allow SCAMMERS. NEVER BOOK THROUGH SKYSCANNER AGAIN ESP WITH EDREAMS. I paid for a ticket and it was confirmed but I can’t find it on the official airline website. No one from edreams/skyscanner is responding.

Useless all information filled is correct but didn't go thru, takes a lot of time and didn't still accept.

booked online and thru gotogate agency, until now I haven’t received my refund. My flight was last March 2022. I hope you guys are happy to spend my $1000 all for nothing. Pls dont try skyscanner. Gotogate app is much way a scammer!!

The travel agency websites they have there are full of scammers. Will get your money then 5 days before your flight, will cancel it and wont process your refund immediately. Had a roundtrip ticket booked at one of them, they cancelled my outbound flight and didnt give me a full refund. Only half of it. They said it’s coz the inbound flight is still a go. Lots of bull. A lot of deductions from the refund as well. Dont book your flights through this channel. Sky Scanner wont shoulder responsibility and will just tell you to contact the airline or travel website, which will take months. Stealing from people despite this pandemic. Shame on you!
