All of a sudden, it wouldn’t connect and on my PC or phone. I called the ISD and they said something about the changes to the ATT system that prevents it. However, neither them nor the app support have any answers. I can’t even get in touch with the app support anymore. And I agree with the outdated UI. It needs an update. But if I can’t access it at all, what’s the use either way?? This is beyond frustrating and the school now, as of this yr, requires double auth to use it. I can’t even use it with single auth! And it’s not a pw or user name issue. It says it won’t even connect with the organization!!!
