My ip is v17.2.1 which is currently the latest version ip11 but I still can't add a visa card as a payment method because that option is gray out and said "You need to update to the latest version of iOS to use this". I'm totally confused now? Can you guys fix that?
The QR readers in the buses are a joke. Why are you showing such a small QR code in the app when almost everyone has a huge display on the phone.
Bad payment options (only credit card or swish). Need to go trough credit card verification process every time buying a ticket. (Someone complained about this 3 years ago and still not fixed). Does not remember travel plan if app closes or goes background (sucks mid travel). Warns about ”traffic situations” only in Swedish, even if the app is set to English otherwise. Etc. Etc. Overall 1/5 user experience. Worst public transport app in any big city I’ve been to.
Downloaded the app to use and to my surprise I had to download a 1 star app for adding a payment method. After downloading that app I was request to download a third app for KYC. This started to look a bit too much and realized after a bit of googling that I need to KYC before each purchase. It makes no sense to use this for a one day trip.
It is so easy to navigate with this app, some days i’m half hour earlier at office and other days i’m late. At least average i’m at the time. Time is relative, so who cares🌞
If you're a traveller who just wants to get from spot A to spot B, it's a whole lot easier and faster to just tap your NFC enabled card at the gates than install this app. If you're in a line thinking it's a quick to set up, you'll be disappointed as you'll have to enter credit card details and then go through the bank's verification process. There's no any instant payment methods like Apple pay. If you want to use Apple pay, just tap your phone instead at the gates and forget about this app.
Worst app ever
You have to do strong identification every time you buy a ticket. Why???? An odd interpretatio of the eu directives.,.
Edit. Me: Seriously, when I add my credit card to my app by verification in the mobile bank I expect I dont have to do it again EVERY TIME when I buy a ticket. Get help. In my knowledge it is not mandatory after I have strongly identified the card. Think about In App purchases too, if that was the case Apple is violating the PSD2 regulations every second, bcause there is no strong identifications after once doing it with that spesific credit card.
I put my credit card to get some tickets and I have to go through the whole verification process with the bank. Fine, this is usually the case. But then every time you buy a ticket you need to go to the whole process again! It takes minutes to complete it every time. This is the only app/payment gateway that does this. It’s silly. Another thing is that the single ticket costs more than 4 EUR. What were they thinking? How can it be so expensive?
