Ear Pick is a good idea but need more refinement. It is extremely difficult to get Ear Pick to connect, closer to impossible to connect. Had it for over a year and can count on 1 hand the times it has connected. Once connected it works like promised but don’t hold your breath for it to connect. -- Magtire, 2025-01-13 ### *---- "Useless Product/ App" Yeah this doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. -- Shops Sam's 3 times a Week, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "don’t even waste your money" i tried on the lowest setting and now i have a bruise on my face. not worth it whatsoever im very upset. -- #1 apple music hater, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "No good" App does not connect to unit using iPhone. I purchased 2 as gift’s. Both did to connect to WiFi or Bluetooth. Go to app. Turn it on. 3. Go to your WiFi. 4.select the WiFi network that’s called “shenglong-XXXX” -- 古寺哆莫楚, 2024-12-11 ### ***** "Earwax cleaner" Product works very good however, they need to add rubber tips.
