This used to be my favourite app. Now, with the new design, I’m not so sure anymore. I simply can’t get used to it. There’s too much whitespace, information density is lower than before and the whole navigation is generally terrible. The gradient backgrounds are distracting from the content. Everything has become harder to do. I’ve reached out to support multiple times but, unfortunately, their design and ultimately their product team seems to persist. Probably because of a sunk cost fallacy. They should roll this back, or come up with something better, but not based on this. Until they fix that, I’m afraid it’s one star for me.

This is a fantastic app to communicate with the team on so many levels. Everything is streamlined and easy, no time is lost with endless (boring) meetings anymore!
And the update reports are epic! Who reads them you ask? Usually nobody bc it’s alway the same but not with Slack, do read them, I promise you won’t be disappointed and have a very big grin on your face afterwards. 
To whom ever is writing these in the Slack team, you rock!
