Very good
The app is very good and clearly shows the time and effort put into it. It’s a solid four-star experience. One thing that truly stands out, though, is the release notes—they’re exceptional! I have even used them as an example of how to write them. I always look forward to reading them, and they easily deserve six stars.

Confusing, very expensive, unsecure
I really do not know why Slack needs to exist. I have to use it due to some customers. Security is only available on the more expensive plans. Costs as much as an entire productivity suite while providing 1/10th of the features.
Unwanted layout changes
Your UI team are a joke. - update ‘catchup’ is so useless - let us turn your stupid features on or off.
Bugs galore
More recent changes have both made usability worse and introduced bugs that e.g. erroneously show mentions and unread messages. It’s now a daily waste of time to check for messages which turn out not to be there.
New UI is awful
Why need to “fix” what’s not broken? New app and desktop UIs are just horrible. Almost no colour customisation left, nor the layout making any sense. Just useless effort.

Bad performance recently 🥲
Usually a great app and I rely heavily on it but the recent updates have broken the basic functionality, please please fix what was a great reliable app 🙏 Reseting the cache didn’t help at all unfortunately.
