They refuse to even acknowledge bugs with spurious notifications, blaming it on third party integrations Also there has been a bug for the last six months where replies to followed threads appear as notifications— they refuse to acknowledge this as a bug Terrible software, avoid!

The recent update is epic!

Has been for a number of weeks. Feels to me like the whole experience app is gettting buggier with time. No problem at all on desktop, works great!

Notifications do not work and most of the time my messages do not send when using the app on my phone

Title says it all.

Unclear how to delete channels, joking through links is difficult, everything has extra steps. Don’t use.

iOS app works well, but the Mac OS app could be improved

Impressed to see a constructive response to my feedback about Lock Screen notifications on iOS 15 within minutes. Looking forward to seeing a fix for the issue soon

The app is good. I like almost everything about the app itself. However, the notification badge is broken and it's quite frustrating. It'll often say I have notifications even when I have already seen those messages on my work laptop. I'm guessing it just doesn't check to get rid of the badge once a notification is received. I'd love for this to be fixed properly.
