Slap : Event planner

Slap is an easy-to-use and free trip planning app to host and plan events ranging from potlucks to bachelorette parties. Create and share itineraries to track live updates of your destinations, bookings, expenses, carpooling, items to bring, share photos, chat with group members, and know where your friends and family are during the event.

INVITE AND SHARE
Invite your friends and family directly from your contacts, Facebook or share the invite via link. For the contacts who have the app, it will send a push notification to accept or reject. For those who don’t have the app, it will send a text message with a link to download the app and direct to the event. Host a public event for anyone on the app to view and join.

EVENT ITINERARY
Stay up to date with your destination’s live information, weather, contact info, links to bookings and maps and any notes shared amongst group members.
SEE FRIENDS AND FAMILY ON MAP
Create a private event and add your friends and family. You can track when your friends are arriving and where they are to easily plan and keep them safe during the trip. Slap uses background location sparingly, optimized to not drain your battery and shares location only within the private group.
RESERVATIONS AND CARPOOLING
You can upload a photo of your airbnb, flight, restaurant, cruise, concert and Slap will take care of sharing directions and storing the important details in the notes. It will also remind you of your departure and reservation times. Slap will settle your expenses automatically with the other group members. Use the car pooling feature to offer rides or seats and allow other members to sign up.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription is automatically renewed unless you turn off the auto-renew option at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We cannot refund unused subscriptions.
