You can’t do anything on it and I always forget to open it.

Very simple but free!

I’ve downloaded an absurd amount of habit trackers etc. but most are overwhelming or you have to make an in app payment to actually use it. For a free app, this ones good. Simple but aesthetic.

Awesome

I love this app it is great and it make me want to do the thing a need to do and I love to say slayyy it the only problem is we need more choices to choose from or to make our own (btw if I make no sense it’s bc I’m 12) but I love this app

I love that users can customize the emoji they want to signify each goal, but would REALLY love it if we could also edit the name of the goal so we can better track our individual health goals!!

Too simple, could be better

This app is VERY simple. I was looking for an app with a simple calendar view that shows my workouts without downloading an app aimed at sports nuts. I’m not a sports nut, just an out-of-shape, tired, disorganized mom in her early 40’s who absolutely hates exercising, but recognizes my current need for a less tired life, thus, unfortunately, my need for a reliable exercise routine. A visual aid, such as a simple calendar view like this app offers, is greatly helpful to someone like me who has trouble staying motivated. This app offers a simple calendar view, which I like, but it offers VERY limited options for what routines you can save. For instance, you can save “cardio” or “weight training,” but not yoga or anything else. You can save “healthy eating” and “water goals.” But nothing more specific than that. You can edit the emojis for each pre-loaded goal, but you cannot edit the actual text for each goal, which would would be helpful in future versions of this app. You can’t save simple notes for each day either, only the emojis. It would be nice to be able to jot a few simple notes, like calories burned, miles walked /run during cardio, what kind of yoga, etc. It’s almost there but not quite. Please consider including an option for adding personalized goals.

Would be 5 stars if you could…

Add your own goals or they added these few Additional goals • Stretching/Yoga • Meditation • Massage I downloaded the app to track my stretching so I’ll just use cardio in its place for now. And I feel like meditation is important for physical and mental well-being And finally, massage which is vital for recovery. Even if it’s self massage.

Exactly what I was searching for!

Can’t believe it. I wanted just a calendar that wasn’t linked to any other calendar where I could make an entry that I did my exercise and ate healthfully, had my water, Nothing more than that. I know what I am eating and how much I exercised! I can see the entire month at a glance. No upgrade ads to bother you. I LOVE it!! Thanks

I love the simplicity

Like other reviews have stated, a lot of the other apps have too many options and the simple and easily accessibleness on this app is what I wanted. I do think however you guys should add some sort of achievement system that pops up when you hit a certain number of not missed days for example. It’s just a extra nice reminder that I’m progressing. Thanks for the great app guys!

Super Simple!

Insanley simple and easy to use. An icon is all I want to show how I did for the day. Thank you!
