## SLC International Reviews in United States

### ****- "Trouble"
I had a hard trying to find my way to the waiting room trying to use the directions was frustrating.
-- pfrogjazz, 2023-09-07

### *---- "Insanely primitive app"
Terrible maps, no way to route to your own gate or anything, what’s the point of this app? And how is it supposed to be helpful🤣🤣🤣 upgrade the airport and downgrade everything else I guess
-- ForrealTho?, 2023-06-05

### **--- "Horrible airport"
There is no tram. Distances are long and exhausting. This new airport is worse than DFW, ATL, or ORD. If you arrive on an international flight you have a very long walk to get bags, then a very, very, VERY long walk to any of the gates, especially B concourse. There are a few escalator style people movers but they are far apart. No trams. Avoid this airport if at all possible. I feel sorry for people who live here and have lost their former nice airport.
-- Sandy Campbell, 2023-05-27

### *---- "News?"
I downloaded the app for “news.” What I meant was news pertinent to current travel conditions, delays, logistics & other issues due to weather. What I found was old news & bragging about progress (which should include a tram, btw). Trying to plan for travel to & from the airport tomorrow morning to pick up a friend coming in to visit. Helpful general updates? None.
-- Cantfindanicknam, 2023-01-02

### *---- "Complicated and not user friendly"
Just like the new SLC airport, this app is unnecessarily complicated and not user-friendly. Avoid it.
-- Vankulen, 2022-08-28

### **--- "Works poorly"
I got the app to track departures and gate changes. The app pull down menu for flight destinations does not work correctly and my flight is not shown / available.

The app does not seem to have been built by someone with much experience.
-- snowblizz12, 2022-08-07

### *---- "SLC App needs work"
Tried to look at flight schedules and the pull down options do NOT scroll, only get what first pops up. Really the developer AND the SLC Tech Manager should try the app before release. Obviously not a good travel tool
-- Ute-99, 2022-07-06

### *---- "Embarrassing app"
Love Communications & SLC airport should be embarrassed by this app. Try to find a restaurant and only one shows up. Try to find a bar and only one shows up.
Try to search for arrivals and you can only see airports starting with “A” because you can’t scroll down.
Not ready for a beta test much less a year after release
iOS 15.5
-- Blaze995, 2022-06-18

### *---- "Crashes more often than it works"
The app is garbage. It crashes more often than it works. I shudder to think how much you paid the developers.
-- hlff1771, 2021-10-13

### **--- "Add map filters"
It would be nice to filter by food type and see the results on the map. Food type: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, full bar, etc

It would be helpful if it showed estimated waiting time to get through security.

Ability to show you estimated time from past security to your gate, based an a typical walking time.
-- cancelling should be easier, 2021-09-17
