Lots of videos about ballet. Easy to learn and with the AirPlay feature I can watch it on my tv, making even more comfortable to lear them at my living room. Superb!

Sleek Barre Technique™:3 x 20 minute choreographed programs designed to give you a dancer’s physique. A ballet body is strong, sculpted and slender. These muscle-refining routines can be performed at a barre or at a steady chair or kitchen counter. Each segment consists of pliés, port de bras arm positions, leg extensions, stretches and abdominal exercises.
Sleek Body Sculpt: 5 x 10 minute programs created to target specific areas of the body that we all desire to see firmed up. Everyone wants slender legs, toned thighs, lifted glutes, a flat tummy and good posture. These 10 minute ballet routines will focus the muscle groups in those areas to strengthen and tone your physique, shaping you a Sleek Body Sculpt.

Excelente app para conocer y mejorar las técnicas de ballet, muy recomendada.
Great workouts, app has issues
First, I have done these workouts for years and they’re great. I already have them on DVD but was excited to find them in an app because of the convenience. My only gripe with the app is that it doesn’t play the video when my Bluetooth headphones are connected to my device. I wish they would update the app. Otherwise this setup is perfect for me.
Annoyed
So the first month it was great and decent prices. Then, the videos STOPPED showing and it’s only audio!?!?! No customer support number!!! If someone can help me awesome!
Terrifically Designed Routines
I was pleasantly surprised with how well this app was produced. The workout/routines are well designed. The pacing is good. The organization of the app is clear and easy to navigate. The actual production value of the workouts is very good. Instruction is clear and concise. Perspective of movement is perfect for the viewer. The accompanying music is also very good. I run this on my ipad and link it to my TV via Apple TV. The only drawback to this video is that they think everyone that does ballet is a ballerina. Guys do ballet too. You get a lot for your money with this app.

I just deleted a similar app because it’s a free app but it’s not free to actually do anything on so if you don’t want to waste money, don’t bother

The dancers are very good at guiding and demonstrating. I would highly recommend this for any type of dancer. However you do have to pay for the full boot camp.
