Résilié un abonnement

Ça fait un moment que je n’utilisais plus l’application lorsque je suis sur mon téléphone et que je vois que j’ai été débitée de 29,99€ pour je ne sais pas quoi jusqu’au moment où je regarde et que je vois que c’est un abonnement que j’avais résilié il y a 4-5mois car je n’utilisais plus l’application et que cela ne me servait plus à rien

ARNAQUE !

On me facture une application à 29,99€ qui ne sert strictement à rien ! Ne fonctionne une fois sur 10 et ne m’aide absolument pas concernant mon sommeil ! Ils indiquent qu’après un mois gratuit ils vous signalent la fin de la période d’essai afin de résilier ou d’acheter le produit MAIS ne ce n’est pas le cas !! C’est simplement du vol !

Terrible support

App is good, I was looking forward to subscribe after an offer that would last 24hrs, I tried 5x and it failed. They said I had to contact the support and when I did they said the offer was expired and there was nothing they could do. Well there’s nothing I can do either 🤷🏻‍♀️

Another in-apps scam

I bought this app in July 2012, it was the best. Used it on and off for a few years. Now I wanted to give it another go and you want me to pay you €30 a year and force me in to subscribing before I can even restore my purchase (if I even can). From 5 stars to 1 star because none is not an option.

Incredible !!! Been using it for a year now and it’s a game changer my sleep is way better now and I’m grateful for that I bought the premium version 3 months ago and it helps me follow my sleep even better but I don’t think it’s necessary for everyone

if you have to pay to use it make it a paid app. Wasting my time setting it up for it to force me to pay
