Unacceptable images
The app is showing a hateful detestable image in the preview. Why would you show it! What if I don’t want my kids to see signs of adult photos! I used it for some time, it didn’t help me much back then but given a recommendation from a friend I intended to use it. However, now I feel disgusted. The idea itself is in the science of sleeping which can be maintained by simple research.
Pushing for Premium
I do understand that the app has a premium feature, but it doesn't allow me to get the free version first, to start I must pay then test it, beside it doesn't allow to stay on the limited free version, either pay or delete the app.
Drains my phone battery
The app is really working well however it drains my phone battery like crazy. I have an iphone and every morning I wake up with my phone feeling really hot and my battery drained. Is there anything I could do to solve this problem? I tried to limit some functions like sounds detection and recording but still didn’t help.

i downloaded the app but turns out i need to pay to even access anything why?
Disappointed
Disappointed that the app has become fully premium with no free features.
It’s an amazing app but there is one small problem
Payment because a lot of people can’t pay for the app especially kids because kids don’t have money and some parents don’t say yes to kids all the time so if you could do that please make the whole app for free because I can’t here how I was sleep talking and how I was snoring all because of the premium
Fantastic app but nonexistent support !
The app is just perfect. Has all features one would need to have better sleep. But the support is non existent, sent them several emails with no response. Really unfortunate for such a great app 😢
