When there is problem, CS asked me to cancel to subscription by myself
Unbelievable! I used this app few years and subscribed long time. However, it doesn’t work after iOS 18. I would like to solve the problem through CS. But nothing can be solved after tons of emails and screenshots. And the solution is, please find Apple to apply for refund by yourself. No improvement. No solution. And it sounds like “if u ask for refund, get out and solve by yourself” but not helping me to solve the obvious technical bugs!
Not received any training materials
I do not receive any training material in email when I started the sleep school (睡眠學校）function.

I liked it until they took away all of the functions to try make you pay money. Another money hungry app 🤮

Complete scam
I’ve used this app for 3 weeks now. Whenever I can’t fall asleep and is in bed for a long time, the app doesn’t know. It saids I’ve fallen asleep after 6-8 min everyday, and there was once I was just sitting there for an hour. Also, it has recorded my husband’s coughing and that added to my awake state; when I deleted those sounds from my journal, nothing was reflected. I’ve contacted support for all these questions and asked for some explanation, but all they replied was with a generic reply: “contact Apple for all issues on refund and claims”. Not a word of explanation. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS USELESS APP. Complete waste of money.
Forcing me to pay?
It might be just me, but I haven’t even started using the app and it’s showing a subscription page which I can’t cancel. What should I do?
sleep aid always stopped early
I set the sleep aid to play for 40 minutes but somehow it always stops at 20 minutes. So annoying.
Greedy app
Bought a lifetime subscription. Used it to record my snoring. Recording turns off automatically now and then without warning. Now with a monthly subscription can backup your snoring online but I’m deleting this app.
