## Sleep Gem Description
Sleep Gem is the baby sleep tracker that learns your baby's own wake windows and tells you when to put them down. No generic age chart: every nap you log tunes your baby's schedule, so naps get longer and nights get calmer.

Built by a father of three in Singapore and refined over five years and hundreds of thousands of logged days.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Log with two taps: Wake Up, Put Down, Sleep, Pick Up.
2. Sleep Gem works out your baby's wake windows from what you log and shows the next put-down time.
3. AutoOptimise keeps adjusting the nap schedule and bedtime as your baby grows, through nap transitions, sleep regressions and sick days.

WHAT YOU GET
• The next put-down time, always on screen, with a "Why this time?" explanation
• A nap and bedtime schedule that is your baby's, not an average
• Night sleep, night wakings and total sleep charts over 15 to 90 days
• A plain-language morning briefing on how last night went

I was recommended by a number of people to use this app to track my baby’s sleep as they have see huge improvements in their baby’s sleep after using its. I just started using it for my 6m old baby and can already see significant results - my baby fusses less before his bedtime, and can increasingly sleep on his own after we put him down in the cot. This app is godsend for first time parents struggling with crying newborns and messy sleep schedule. It helps to relieve our mental load for calculating when’s the next nap/ sleep time and I have successfully used this for my newborn from 2.5months old. He is 4months old now and his sleep/ nap times and moods are more predictable now after we started tracking with this app. I believe this app has also helped to sleep train my little one as he has been waking up only once or twice a night a decrease from four times a night ever since I started using this app.

We used the manual excel tab sheets for our first child and there were a lot of toggling of the sheets and required us to constantly zoom in and out of the excel sheets on our phone or laptop or iPad devices.
