It has a numerous, positive concept of bringing a person to sleep, through the night and into the morning. Some good ideas there. Music was suggested, I like that option. And if the person wakes at night, don’t do anything that would wake you further. That to me was suggested ‘stay up!’. I heard other advice that I like better-read a boring book, not anything that’s quiet. You want to go to sleep, not sleep at the reading spot.
