Sleep Meister is a sleep aid app that uses the accelerometer sensor built into your device to monitor your body’s movements and sound an alarm when your sleep is at its lightest, letting you wake up refreshed.

Sleep Meister integrates with the Health app and is packed with features, recording your sleep talking, manage your sleep data via graphs and lists, post your sleep data on social media platforms, set the music player to automatically turn off when you fall asleep, and much more.

[Instructions]
1. Open up the settings menu to personalize the app by choosing the alarm sound, snooze length, and more.
2. Set the alarm time and press the START button to begin monitoring your sleep cycles.
3. Refer to Help in the settings menu when choosing where to place your phone.
4. The alarm will sound in the time period you set when the app senses that your sleep is at its lightest.
5. After waking up, slide the slider to the right to stop sleep monitoring.

Breakdown - no wakeup

I really love this app and used for several years now. But since the latest os update and the change from a standard sound to an iTunes song, the app forces it self to close. Therefore the alarm switched off and i overslept. At the moment useless- hope the bug will be fixed soon.

Simple Schlafapp

Einfach zum Bedienen, leider nur auf Englisch. Übersichtliche grafische Darstellung der Schlafphasen. Hat mich zu 80% sehr angenehm geweckt. Wenig/Keine störende Werbung bei der kostenlosen Version.

Stürzt IMMER ab

Ich finde die App eigentlich recht gut, aber seit heute kann ich nicht mehr drauf zugreifen, weil sie dann immer abstürzt. Und wenn ich dann mal das Glück habe, dass sie sich öffnet, stürzt sie wieder ab, wenn ich auf die sleep-Talk Aufnahmen gehen will. Bitte repariert das.

Bislang benutzte ich das "Original", die SleepBetter-App von Runtastic. Dann kam ich irgendwann auf diese App und sie bietet mehr als die andere in der Vollversion, ich bin sehr begeistert. Ich glaube auch, dass die Erkennung der Schlafphasen hier besser funktioniert, sehr toll :)

Most customizable

There are several apps to measure and visualize sleep data. I tested five, and this one not only provides most of what the other all together can offer (besides statistics: notes, dream record, snooze, export, sound to fall asleep and wake up) but customizing options the other seldom, or none, have: sensitivity, data visualization, sounds, lists, etc. I value that a lot. And for free, the ads aren't obtrusive. It is the only difference with the paid version, so it is totally functional, not like some not usable lite versions of others. This developer seems to have a more subtle and long term strategy of inviting you to like and buy his app, avoiding to force you into frustration like some colleagues. It's for me the best option, I truly recommend it.
